Game Studio is a folder you open in Claude. It turns Claude into a whole game studio with 14 departments, from producer and art director to QA and marketing: it starts from games that already work, builds what you describe, tests every change in a real browser, puts your game online and records a vertical trailer. You say what you want. You play the result.

What's in the folder
A game studio.
Not another PDF.
A whole studio team: 14 departments
Producer, creative director, technical director, game designer, art director, audio director, QA lead, release manager, level designer, gameplay programmer, UI designer, performance analyst, writer and marketing lead. Each one is a Claude specialist with a single mission, and they hand work to each other like a real studio. You just say what you want.
Six games to start from
Coin Island, Sky Runner, Space Dodger, Neon Drift, Tower Stack and the Sky Islands scene. Each one playable, tested, with keyboard and phone controls. Your idea starts from the closest one, so you're playing in minutes.
Idea → plan
Describe a game in one sentence. Claude writes a one-page plan, picks the template, and waits for your OK before building.
Build, round by round
One change at a time, with checkpoints you can always go back to. "Undo that" just works.
Polish that feels pro
Sound made in code, particles, screen shake, menus, a fair difficulty curve and a best score.
A real-browser tester
After every change a real browser opens your game, plays it, takes screenshots and catches errors. Claude fixes them before you ever see a black screen.
Publish with a link
Packed for itch.io with the page written for you, or a free Netlify link in a minute. Works on phones too.
A trailer from one sentence
A vertical 1080×1920 gameplay video for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, plus hooks and a caption.
114 prompts and a 41-page course
Which plan and model to pick, with real costs and times from model tests, every setting, then your first game, your own idea, polish, publishing, trailers and a 30-day plan. Plus 114 prompts for every step.
Where the hours come from

Our estimate of what it takes a beginner, even with AI help, to build everything inside Game Studio from scratch.
An estimate, not a promise: your time depends on your experience. With Game Studio, your first game is about 10 minutes away.

Questions
Before you buy
What do I need?
A Mac or Windows computer and a Claude plan with Claude Code (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise). The course shows how to install the Claude app and two free helpers, Node.js and Python, step by step.
Do I need to code?
No. You open the folder in the Code tab of the Claude app and talk to it in plain words. Claude writes, tests and fixes the code.
How fast is my first game?
About ten minutes after setup: Part 3 of the course makes a game from a template, opens it in your browser, then helps you make it yours (your hero, your world, your goal).
What kind of games?
Small, polished 3D games that run in any browser and on phones: explorers, runners, shooters, racers, stacking games and cinematic scenes. Not online multiplayer or huge open worlds.
Is the game mine?
Yes. The templates are built from shapes and code, the sounds are made in code, and the games you make are yours, commercial or not. Just don't copy other people's characters or brands.
What are the 14 departments?
Claude subagents, each with one job: producer, creative director, technical director, game designer, art director, audio director, QA lead, release manager, level designer, gameplay programmer, UI designer, performance analyst, writer and marketing lead. For a new game, the producer plans, the designers decide, the programmer builds, QA tests and the release manager ships. You can also ask any department directly.
Does it work with Codex?
It's made for Claude. The folder also has an AGENTS.md, so Codex follows the same rules and steps.
What if I get stuck?
START-HERE.pdf has a phrasebook and a fixes section. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we'll help you get it running.
